We proactively keep you informed about the status of your order. During the order processing period you will receive at least 4 emails at different points of time. The first e-mail will tell you about the expected date of shipment, the second will give you the airway bill number once the goods have been shipped, the third will indicate that we have received confirmation about the delivery of the goods and the fourth one will contain the recipients message or photograph (if the recipient has sent the same to us).

Select your product. Proceed to the check out screen. you are in payment section. This is operated by our authorized online payment gateway and you will be asked to give any standard credit card / debit card details, for making the payment. You can also make payment through Bank transfer (TT), if desired.

Deliveries are made within 4 working days for India deliveries and within 10 working days for International deliveries. We use reknowned international courier companies like UPS, DHL and TNT for delivery & courteous services on resonable shipping prices offered for online business companies. In the event that the shipping address giving by you is not serviced by a leading order, we deliver your order by registered post parcel. Deliveries by registered post parcel require about 7-10 days time but the service is reliable. For customized items / personalized gifts, there may be a longer delivery period which would be specified on the respective product page. Sample Card delivered within 7 working days. Cost of sample cards is fully adjustable with any bulk order you place.
